Are 2USE devices original?

Yes. Every device is original and has never been repaired or fitted with replacement parts. We test, grade and data-wipe each device and sell it as it is, with its condition shown on the listing.

How do I know the device I order is the one I get?

Every listing is one real device. The photos, grade and battery health you see belong to that exact unit, so what you see is what arrives.

What's the difference between trade-in, buyback and selling?

It's one process with three endings. Trade in gives you an instant discount on your next device. Buyback gives you store credit, valid for 12 months. Selling gives you cash by bank transfer within 48 hours of inspection. How it works

What warranty do I get?

Every device comes with a 12-month 2USE warranty. If it develops a fault within that time, contact us and you may qualify for a repair, replacement or refund. Accidental damage, liquid damage and unauthorised repairs aren't covered.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free by DHL Express and usually takes 1–2 working days to any emirate. You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. See our shipping policy.

Yes, free within 14 days of delivery, in the condition you received it, with its accessories. See our returns policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the device.

What checks does every phone go through?

Before a phone is listed, we check its IMEI against the blacklist, remove any iCloud or Google lock, wipe all data and measure its battery health. You also get an independent Phone Check report for that exact phone.

What do the grades mean?

Every device has one of four grades: Like New (A+), Excellent (A), Very Good (B+) or Good (B). The grade and the photos on each listing describe the exact device you'll receive, not a similar one.

You get an instant online estimate, valid for 14 days. Our specialists then inspect the device and confirm its final value. If its condition is different from what you told us, you can accept the revised offer or get your device back free of charge.

Back up your data (we don't offer a backup service), erase all content and settings, and remove the SIM card. On Apple devices, sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My. On Samsung devices, sign out of your Samsung account and turn off Find My Mobile.
